Introductory visits
Hospice of Southwest Iowa offers introductory visits at no cost. Introductory visits can provide patients and families with an opportunity to discuss the possibility of hospice care and what that care will involve. Our team of experts will meet with the patient and their family to offer information and assistance while listening to concerns and helping to alleviate fears and anxiety.

For referrals or more information, contact Hospice of Southwest Iowa in Council Bluffs at 712-352-1389 or our Corning Iowa office at 641-322-6283.
